Proteins are full of chicken, mutton and eggs.  So ... most people don't want to eat these.  But proteins are essential for everyone.  Because we have energy, we have to do things, we need to be strong muscles ... proteins in the body are hard to do otherwise.  Boys need 56 grams of protein per day.  The girls need 46 grams.

Proteins are deficient in those who eat chicken and mutton.  At least eating eggs can cover this error.  Those who do not want to eat any of these must eat a special diet.  Since we don't have any health problems when we are strong and energetic ... let's learn how to take a vegetarian diet for protein.
