As the pomegranates become very healthy, the health experts suggest that we should keep the pomegranates in the food we eat.  This is because they contain more nutrients and more natural sugar.
They make the stomach healthy.  They include selenium, copper, potassium, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus and calcium.  So ... people with diabetes are told not to eat high sugar, high calorie foods.  Can they eat pomegranates?
