MUMBAI: State Bank of India (SBI) today said it has not issued any emergency loans to its clients through the Yono platform. SBI has been campaigning for granting emergency loans of up to Rs 5 lakh through the Yono platform in 45 minutes. The bank said that it was only 10.5 per cent interest and that the EMIs would be launched after 6 months, which is a rumor in the media. The efforts to offer pre-approved personal loans on the YoNo platform are being pursued by those who get paid through their bank accounts.
