AP High Court suspended Engeneering Fee G.O -ఇంజనీరింగ్ ఫీజుల జీవో సస్పెండ్ చేసిన ఏపీ హైకోర్టు..

The High Court gave another shock to the AP government.  The High Court has suspended Jio Sarkar issued by Jagan Sarkar recently for deciding the fees for engineering colleges.  The 23 engineering colleges have upheld the High Court saying that the fees fixed by the state government are not reasonable.  The court is hearing the petition.  Prosecutors on behalf of the petitioners on this occasion argued that the government had not properly determined the fees.  Fees to be determined at the beginning of the academic year.  Deciding at the end is inappropriate.  The Supreme Court has made it clear in the past that engineering fees have to be finalized every three years.
