The attention of all Regional Joint Directors, S.E, District Educational Officers, and
Project officers of SSA is invited to the subject cited above, that the Dept. of School
Education is implementing Aanda Lahari Abhyasana (ALA) Programme in 1571 Primary
Schools in the state in the Academic Year 2019-20. Connected to this the following activities
are completed
1. Conducted Trainings to the Master Coaches
2. Supplied TLM, workbooks, TLI (Furniture) and Tabs to all districts

In this connection the following key activities are
support of Master Coaches, RIVER, TIDE team members, District IT cell members. AMO
SSA will be coordinating with the above members at District level.

I. PHYSICAL SET UP:
1. All the AMOS are requested to supply the TLM, TLI, workbooks (as per the
enrolments 2019-20) andTabs to all ALA schools duly meeting the transport
expenditure from Management costs of SSA.
2. Issue guidelines to ALA school teachers to initiate classroom set up from 15.07.2019,
i.e providing running black board to classes 1 to 5, placing slotted angles in
