No School Bag Day in AP Schools - Srujana Saturday Time Table for Primary Schools

National Educational Policy (2020) suggested that there should be an interconnection between curricular and co-curricular areas. Hence, school should provide multiple opportunities to students to train them in enhancing their creativity and emotional wellbeing. An integrated plot form of arts, crafts and play is necessary for children to learn with joy. For this purpose, No Bag Day has been introduced in school education. As the name suggests, during the No Bag days, children do not get their bags to schools and do not engage in subject-specific academic activities. The First and Third Saturdays in the month are dedicated to nurture the other (Non-academic / Co-curricular) aspects of child growth and make learning more fun and holistic. The focus areas on these Saturdays will be on life skills education, English language skills enhancement, physical activities, arts and crafts. 

జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం (2020) పాఠ్యాంశాలు మరియు సహ పాఠ్యాంశాల మధ్య పరస్పర అనుసంధానం ఉండాలని సూచించింది. అందువల్ల, పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులకు వారి సృజనాత్మకత మరియు భావోద్వేగ శ్రేయస్సును పెంపొందించడంలో శిక్షణ ఇవ్వడానికి బహుళ అవకాశాలను అందించాలి. పిల్లలు ఆనందంతో నేర్చుకోవడానికి కళలు, చేతి పనులు మరియు ఆటల యొక్క సమగ్ర ప్లాట్ ఫామ్ అవసరం. ఇందుకోసం పాఠశాల విద్యలో నో బ్యాగ్ డే ను ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. పేరు సూచించినట్లుగా, నో బ్యాగ్ రోజులలో, పిల్లలు తమ బ్యాగ్‌లను పాఠశాలలకు తీసుకురారు మరియు సబ్జెక్ట్-నిర్దిష్ట విద్యా కార్యకలాపాలలో పాల్గొనరు. నెలలో మొదటి మరియు మూడవ శనివారాలు పిల్లల పెరుగుదలకు సంబంధించిన ఇతర (నాన్ అకడమిక్/కో-కరిక్యులర్) అంశాలను పెంపొందించడానికి మరియు నేర్చుకోవడాన్ని మరింత సరదాగా మరియు సంపూర్ణంగా చేయడానికి అంకితం చేయబడ్డాయి. ఈ శనివారాల్లో జీవన నైపుణ్యాల విద్య, ఆంగ్ల భాషా నైపుణ్యాల పెంపుదల, శారీరక శ్రమలు, కళలు మరియు చేతి పనులపై దృష్టి కేంద్రీకరించాలి

Days and time allotted for conduct of no Bag Day activities from class 6-8

Timeline and schedule:

Classes 1-5 - 1st and 3rd Saturday (monthly) 90 minutes each theme

Classes 6-8 - 3rd Saturday post-lunch periods (monthly) 40 minutes for each theme

Four themes of No-bag Saturdays:

Play time: ఆడుకునే సమయం: Physical activities - Games, Gardening etc. శారీరక కార్యకలాపాలు - ఆటలు, తోటపని మొదలైనవి.

Language time: భాష సమయం: Focus on LSRW Skills during Pre and Post reading activities

 ప్రీ మరియు పోస్ట్ రీడింగ్ కార్యకలాపాల సమయంలో LSRW నైపుణ్యాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి.

Theatre time: థియేటర్ సమయం: Performing arts - dancing singing, life skills / 21 century skills / SEL / Bala Sabha, etc. ప్రదర్శన కళలు - నృత్య గానం, జీవిత నైపుణ్యాలు / 21 శతాబ్దపు నైపుణ్యాలు / SEL / బాల సభ మొదలైనవి.

Creative time: సృజనాత్మక సమయం: Arts and crafts like drawing, Spray painting, sand painting, clay moulding, origami, collage work, DIY projects etc. డ్రాయింగ్, స్ప్రే పెయింటింగ్, ఇసుక పెయింటింగ్, క్లే మౌల్డింగ్, ఓరిగామి, కోల్లెజ్ వర్క్, DIY ప్రాజెక్ట్‌లు మొదలైన కళలు మరియు చేతిపనులు.

Third Saturdays will be dedicated for the following activities: మూడవ శనివారాలు క్రింది కార్యకలాపాలకు అమలు చేయాలి:

1.  Excursion (Bi-annually): విహారయాత్ర (ద్వి-వార్షిక):  

to local post office, court, police station, Hospital, Secretariat, Panchayat, Banks, Factories, Farm visits, Planetariums, Science museums

స్థానిక పోస్టాఫీసు, కోర్టు, పోలీస్ స్టేషన్, హాస్పిటల్, సెక్రటేరియట్, పంచాయితీ, బ్యాంకులు, ఫ్యాక్టరీలు, వ్యవసాయ సందర్శనలు, ప్లానిటోరియంలు, సైన్స్ మ్యూజియంలకు విహారయాత్ర

2.    Child Fair (annually) - చైల్డ్ ఫెయిర్ (వార్షిక):

Whole school project where all the children in the school get together 

పాఠశాలలోని పిల్లలందరూ ఒకచోట చేరే మొత్తం పాఠశాల ప్రాజెక్ట్ నిర్వహణ.

Translating Telegu dialogues to English, translating daily sounds into English and frame simple sentences

Use of words, actions, and expressions while communicating

Preparation of school magazine

Daily used phrases and responses in English etc.

Healthy lifestyle enhancing non-verbal communication skills, assertive communication

Read aloud followed by discussions and story retelling

Imaginative writing, Pick and speak, story telling

Prepare Billboards

Cleanliness and hygiene First Aid

Maintaining school grounds

Roleplays on how to behave in different situations

Cleaning up the local parks (or any other public spaces),

AP Govt is implementing NO Bags Day on Every Day and prescribed activities to be taken up on Saturday instead of routine Academic activities. నో స్కూల్‌ బ్యాగ్ డే...

◼ ప్రభుత్వ రంగ పాఠశాలల్లో వినూత్న కార్యక్రమాల అమలుకు ప్రభుత్వం శ్రీకారం.

  ◼ప్రధానంగా 1 నుంచి 5 వతరగతి వరకు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులను పాఠశాలలకు ఆకర్షించేందుకు వారిలో మానసిక ఉల్లాసాన్ని కలిగించేందుకు సృజన - శనివారం సందడి కార్యక్రమం అమలు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం.

◼ నాలుగు సెషన్లలో అమలు ఇలా...

◼ సెషన్‌-1: 1,2 తరగతులకు పాడుకుందాం అంశంలో అభినందన గేయాలు, దేశభక్తి గీతాలు , జానపద గేయాలు, పద్యాలు, శ్లోకాలు మొదలుగునవి పిల్లలతో పాడించాలి. 3,4,5 తరగతులకు సృజన అనే అంశంలో బొమ్మలుగీయడం, రంగలువేయడం, బంకమట్టి, క్లేవాక్స్‌ ఉపయోగించి బొమ్మలు, నమూనాలు చేయడం, మాస్కులు చేయడం, అలంకరణ వస్తువులు తయారీ , ఒరిగామి, నాటికలు, స్ర్కిప్టులు, మైమ్‌, ఏకపాత్రలు, నాట్యం, అభినయం చేయాలి.

◼సెషన్‌2 : 1,2 తరగతులకు మాట్లాడుకుందాం అను అంశంలో కథలు చదవడం, చెప్పడం, అనుభవాలు పంచుకోవడం, పొ డుపు కఽథలు, పజిల్స్‌ , సరదా అటలు ఆడటం చేయించాలి. 3,4,5 తరగతులకు తోటకు పోదాం అంశంలో పాఠశాలల్లో సాగు చేస్తున్న బడి తోటలో పాదులు చేయడం, కలుపు తీయడం, పందిరి వేయడం, ఎరువులు వేయడం చేయాలి. పరిశుభ్రం చేద్దాం అంశంలో పాఠశాల అవరణ, తరగతి గదులు శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి

◼సెషన్‌ 3: 1,2 తరగతులకు నటిద్దాం అంశంలో నాటికలు, స్ర్కిప్టులు, మైమ్‌, ఏకపాత్రలు, నాట్య, అభినయం చేయడం , చూసి వద్దాం కార్యక్రమాలు. 3,4,5 తరగతులకు చదువుకుందాం అంశంలో పాఠశాల గ్రంఽథాలయంలో నచ్చిన పుస్తకాలను ఎంపిక చేసుకోని చదవడం, చర్చించడం, కథలు చదవడం, రాయడం చేయాలి.

◼ సెషన్‌ 4: 1,2 తరగతులకు సృజన అంశంలో బొమ్మలు గీయడం, రంగులు వేయడం, బంకమట్టి, క్లేవాక్స్‌ ఉపయోగించి బొమ్మలు, నమూనాలు, మా స్కులు చేయడం, అలంకరణ వస్తువులు తయారీ, వరిగామి. 3,4,5 తరగతులకు ప్రాఽథమిక ఆరోగ్య కార్యకర్త, పంచాయతీ అధికారి, కుటుం బ సంక్షేమ అఽధికారి, పోస్టాఫీసు, వ్యవసాయదారుడు, వ్యాపారి, మొదలైన వారిని బడికి ఆహ్వానించి పిల్లలతో మాట్లాడించాలి.

1నుంచి 5 వ తరగతి వరకు NO BAG DAY Activities
