The CCE pattern has
been introduced for SSC Examinations from March 2017 onwards with 20% internal
papers & 80% external papers for eleven papers. As a part of internal
assessment procedure four Formative Assessment tests and one Summative
Assessment test will be there for each of
the eleven papers. Every Formative Assessment is for 50 marks and the Summative
Assessment is for 80 marks. The Calculation Procedure for
S.A. 1 is as follows :
01 S.A 80/8 =10 marks.
For e.g. if a student secures 60 marks
out of 80 marks it will be calculated as follows
60/8 =7.5 marks
Every Formative
Assessment will have four tools. The Written work, Project work & Slip test
are the common tools for all the subjects and for the The first assessment tool
will vary from subject to subject based on its content.
The allotment of marks is as follows:

The Three member Mandal
level Committee (MLC) had constituted by the D.E.O
2.
with the following as members to verify the
internal marks of 04 F.As & 1 S.A of 20% of students of class X. After
verification, the results should be uploaded in the CSE Portal along with
Signed Certificate of the Three Member
Mandal Level Committee:
i)
M.E.O. — Chairman
ii)
One School complex Head Master - Member
iii)
Senior Head Master in the
Mandal - Member
iv)
List of MLCs has shown in
ANNEXURE-1

Each Mandal Level Committee
shall visit 10 to 20 schools out of which 80% will be private Un-aided schools.
4.
The MLC shall be interchanged.
One Mandal Committee will verify the internal marks of schools in the
neighbouring Mandal.
5.
The List of schools whose
internal marks are to be verified by the MLCs will be generated by the Computer
and the UDISE Codes shall be informed to the MLCs by the DGE on the morning of
the visit of the Committee.
6.
The following Divisional level,
District level & State level Committees shall randomly visit one school / mandal,
10 schools/districts and 05 schools across the state respectively, that have
been verified by the Mandal Level Committee. The schools whose internal marks
are to be verified by the Divisional Level, District Level and State Level
Committees will be computer generated by
the DGE and communicated to the concerned.

District level Committee:
a) 20% of the internal marks of class X students i.e., 04 F.As and S.A.
1 that are awarded shall be verified by the Mandal Level Committees.
b) For written work and project work the records concerned will be
verified with reference to the marks posted in the register.
c) For the slip test the scripts of the students have to be verified
with reference to the marks posted register.
